This story is crazy. It's the follow-up of this other manga. The same dudes keep giving more drugs to the girls. They also convince them to become prostitutes in order to pay for the rent and the drugs. They ultimately all three get pregnant and give birth. Also, it's unclear but I think they get dumped by their mates.
