I believe going to the dentist is a traumatic experience for most of us. I don't think there's anything fun in having someone scratching your teeth with a little metal hook. Neither is it fun to have to keep your mouth open until you get a cramp in your jaw. Now, if all the dentists were as the one in this hentai manga, you can be sure I would be very excited about going for a quick checkup.
PS. Can someone tell me if she had long sleeves on her labcoat (I can't determine whether she did or not)?
